Today, the Central Communication Agency welcomed its new Account Executives with an orientation. This orientation went over what to expect when they start up as AEs, clerical items, and a little ice breaker. The main focus of the meeting was being respectful and being an example to the members of their teams. Looking and acting the part is a large responsibility and it needs to be clarified.
The overall focus is toward next quarter and having an understanding of what is going to be happening when they step into the room with an all new team. Other topics such as national affiliation and how to communicate with your team effectively were covered.
